Amr A. Hammad - Founder & CEO

 experienced lawyer and legal advisor, regularly provides legal and litigation advice on issues across multiple jurisdictions. Held the position of General Counsel for a major holding company and renowned investment bank in MENA region, specialized in finance, investment, venture capital, and financial markets, and before that a Counsel at G.C.C. offices of one of the top Canadian Seven Sisters law firms. While at the law firm, he has advised clients such as oil, petrochemicals, energy, constructions companies and government entities on Companies Law matters and Capital Market Authority regulations, Monetary Agency regulations, provided legal advice relating to commercial agencies, foreign direct investments, construction disputes in front of various arbitration panels, and provided legal opinions for litigations relating to insurance, labor and customs claims before relevant courts. In addition, he has previous experience as a litigator specializing in white collar crimes in one of North Africa top litigation firms and has practiced before the Appellate Courts. Mr. Hammad holds an LL.M. from Indiana University.
